If you wish to return your item simply get in touch within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, no questions asked.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Please return your item via guaranteed special delivery to ensure they get back to us safely. Unfortunately we can't provide a refund for any items which are sent back to us by uninsured/non-recorded delivery if they become lost or damaged in transit.
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were originally shipped to you to be eligible for a refund. Please also enclosed boxes and the original packaging material if possible.
Please clearly mark the package as "UK return" to avoid additional charges.
As well as sending your item via a tracked and insured service it's also important to mark the package with the correct information to avoid any unnecessary delays or fees through customs.
Any charges incurred by Lillicoco for duty due to incorrect labeling will be deducted from the customers refund. If you have any questions we are happy to help you with this.
Not what you expected?
If you believe your item may have been damaged in transit then please email firstname.lastname@example.org us within 24 hours with a photograph and description of any damage as we fully insure all deliveries.
