If you wish to return your item simply get in touch within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, no questions asked. You can email us at email@example.com or call us on (+44) 0117 925 4798.
Please return your item via guaranteed special delivery to ensure they get back to us safely. Unfortunately we can't provide a refund for any items which are sent back to us by uninsured or non-recorded delivery if they become lost or damaged in transit.
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were originally shipped to be eligible for a refund. Please also enclose any original packaging material if possible.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please clearly mark the package as "UK return" to avoid additional charges.
As well as sending your item via a tracked and insured service it's also important to mark the package with the correct information to avoid any unnecessary delays or fees through customs.
Any import fees incurred by Lillicoco due to incorrect labelling will be deducted from the customers refund. If you have any questions we are happy to help you with this.

If you believe your item may have been damaged in transit then please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours with a photograph and description of any damage, as we fully insure all deliveries.
