MATERIALS: Sterling Silver, 9ct Gold.
HALLMARKS: Birmingham Assay, Lion Passant, date letter "L" for the year 1935. Maker's Mark "J.W.T". INSCRIBED "R.D.C.L 1935" on the back of the medal. Tests as 9ct Gold shield.
Condition:
VERY GOOD. This Art Deco medal fob pendant is in very good condition! The fob has kept its shape beautifully, with crisp engravings and sharp edges. The shield has a wonderful Golden hue and can be engraved should you so wish, this is also the case for the blank banner! There is some light patina in the grooves of the shield, but we think this adds to her charm.
