Item Details
ERA: Georgian, c.1820. (likely English provenance).
MEASUREMENTS: Necklace is 15" or 38cm long.
Necklace is 10mm wide.
Black dot Paste are 8.5mm in diameter.
Paste cluster clasp is 16mm in diameter.
Weight: 38g.
MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, Sterling Silver collet settings, Metal tongue on clasp for strength and durability, Black Dot Paste.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.
PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.
Condition
VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT. Each of the Paste gemstones is secure in its traditional piecrust setting, complete with 9ct Gold domed backs for comfortable wear. There is some slight variation in colour to the foils behind a few of the Paste gemstones and a few surface marks on some of the facets, but this is only noticeable under close inspection. The Silver has a lovely lustre, and her piecrust settings have accrued an admirable patina for a dramatic finish, enhancing the sparkle of the gemstones! The tongue clasp is in perfect working order, allowing you to wear her confidently, whatever the occasion. Over 200 years old, we can't quite believe the incredible condition this Georgian necklace is in, a rare find for sure!

Layaway Installment Plans
A layaway is an interest-free payment plan that enables you to reserve an item with an initial deposit, and then pay the balance over 60 days.
Layaway is very popular with Lillicoco customers, particularly when making a more considered purchase.
How It Works
In total, you will make three payments over three months:
Day 1: 33.33%
Day 30: 33.33%
Day 60: 33.33%
Your layaway purchase is reserved for you as soon as the initial payment has been taken.
Your order is shipped once the full balance has been paid.
All of our usual terms and conditions apply with a layaway purchase, although 15% of the invoice total is nonrefundable in case of cancellation or return, acting as an administration fee.
A layaway is not a loan, nor is it a form of credit. A credit check is not required to put an item on layaway, and missing a payment will not affect your credit score.
If you do not complete your layaway on schedule your reservation may be cancelled and your payments may be refunded, minus the administration fee.
