Complete with dozens of dainty shells from the shores of Tasmania, the play of colours on each of them is simply magnificent. From deep ocean blues to subtle emerald greens, this antique necklace is sure to make an impact!

MEASUREMENTS: Necklace is 17 & 1/2" or 44.5cm long.
Shells are 7mm long x 6.5mm wide.
MATERIALS: Rare Blue Tasmanian Shells, 9ct Gold bolt-ring.
STAMPS: '375' on later added bolt-ring.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made prior to 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

Necklaces like these do require care when handling, the shells are delicate so the necklace shouldn't be knocked or pulled! The metal clasp works well in ensuring she stays in place, so you can wear her with complete confidence.
