Condition:
VERY GOOD. This large Georgian Paste crescent moon brooch is in very good condition. Each Paste gemstone is of excellent quality and has been perfectly preserved. As she glints beneath the light you can see there are no chips and each stone is present. The c-clasp has been replaced more recently (not by us!) likely due to damage, but has been repaired very well and in the Georgian style. Her brooch pin is sturdy and robust and secures nicely on a thick wool scarf or jumper. Encapsulating Georgian fashion trends, she would be at home within your antique jewellery collection!
