MEASUREMENTS: Earrings are 30mm long from the top of the hooks.
Garnets are 11mm long x 7mm wide, approx. 3.42ct total.
Weight: 2g (combined)
MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, flat-cut Garnets, approx 3.42ct combined.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made prior to 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.
PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.
Condition
VERY GOOD. These Georgian 9ct Gold flat-cut Garnet pear drop earrings are in very good antique condition! The Garnets showcase a lovely subtle raspberry hue and crisp cut facets with no damage to note, each one securely held within classic Georgian solid 9ct Gold collet settings. The back of one Garnet setting does have a light ding, but this is not visible from the front and does not detract from their beauty. We suspect that the chains and earring hooks are a later addition, likely in the 1900's, but the Gold is a perfect colour match and the Garnet drops are authentic Georgian. There is some natural variation in the colour of the earrings, but both foils are intact and in wondrous condition!

A layaway is an interest-free payment plan that enables you to reserve an item with an initial deposit, and then pay the balance over 60 days.
Layaway is very popular with Lillicoco customers, particularly when making a more considered purchase.
How It Works
In total, you will make three payments over three months:
Day 1: 30%
Day 30: 35%
Day 60: 35%
Your layaway purchase is reserved for you as soon as the initial payment has been taken.
Your order is shipped once the full balance has been paid.
All of our usual terms and conditions apply with a layaway purchase, although 15% of the invoice total is nonrefundable in case of cancellation or return, acting as an administration fee.
A layaway is not a loan, nor is it a form of credit. A credit check is not required to put an item on layaway, and missing a payment will not affect your credit score.
If you do not complete your layaway on schedule your reservation may be cancelled and your payments may be refunded, minus the administration fee.
