This is an exquisite French Opal Rock Crystal necklace! This beauty boasts a string of Opal beads, with faceted Rock Crystal sandwiched in between. The Opal beads hold an abundance of colour, almost bursting at the seams with fiery oranges, violets and lime greens!
The beads on the necklace softly graduate in size, eventually meeting at the 18ct Gold clasp which is inlaid with a cherry red Ruby and two scintillating Diamonds. This decadent

MEASUREMENTS: Necklace is 18" or 45.5cm long.
Opal beads graduate from 5mm to 11.5mm in diameter.
Ruby is 4.5mm long x 3.5mm wide.
Diamonds are approx. 2mm in diameter.
Extension chain is 3" long.
Weight: 30.5g.
MATERIALS: Opal, Rock Crystal, 18ct Gold clasp, Ruby, Diamond.
STAMPS & HALLMARKS: French Eagles head on base of clasp for 18ct Gold.

Condition:
VERY GOOD. This French Opal Rock Crystal necklace is in very good condition overall. The beads are smooth and round, and the piece has been intricately strung together. The clasp allows you to wear this piece with absolute confidence and there is a safety chain just for extra good measure. There is very minimal wear to this piece overall, the only thing to note is some subtle, and natural, discolouration between some of the beads, but the tones within the Opals are constantly changing depending on the light!
