This French antique necklace jewellery box is such a rare find. Composed of the most luxurious materials, her interior is inlaid with lustrous cream Satin and duck egg blue Velvet. With a gorgeous Gold trim and rare initialled monogram, "J.C", on her exterior, she is truly divine!
Maison Maquet was a luxury French manufacturer first established in Paris, in 1841. It grew to become a highly renowned Parisian luxury house, to become the official purveyor to the Empress of France. Certainly, she is of the finest quality and has lost none of her charm over the years!
