GOOD / VERY GOOD:  This beautiful Gold plated Victorian hinged bangle is in good, ready to wear antique condition. It's unclear whether it was gilded during Victorian times or whether the bright Gold finish is a more modern application, but it is a striking piece of jewellery! There are no dents, dings or pin-holes and the hinge and hidden catch works perfectly. The bangle snaps closed and stays closed, and there is an attached safety chain for extra security.

The Gold gilding is in very good, almost perfect condition to the front of the bangle, with some moderate wear to the back in the form of light surface scruffs. There is also a small area of dis-colouration near the hinge of the bangle (on the rim), which is probably the result of a previous jeweller testing it. This is quite small and is not obvious when worn. All in all a great statement bangle that you'll just wear and wear!
