This Edwardian 18ct Gold Diamond Sapphire cluster ring is a statement piece of luxury antique jewellery. Crafted from 18ct Gold throughout, and encrusted with five Sapphires and 14 Diamonds, this piece is simply bedazzling!

Sapphires and Diamonds are a match made in heaven, and this beauty is a fine example of this. Adding another element of texture, the 18ct Gold ring shank is 'knife-edged'.

Central Sapphire 3.1mm diameter x 2mm deep. (Approx 0.136ct). 
Two inner Sapphires 3mm diameter x 1.7mm deep.  (Approx 0.102ct)
Two outer Sapphires 2.7mm diameter x 1.4mm deep. (Approx 0.065ct). 
14 Diamonds 1.7mm diameter. (Approx 0.02ct each)
Weight: 4.1g. 

MATERIALS: 18ct Gold, Sapphire (approx 0.47ct total), Diamond (approx 0.28ct total)  

HALLMARKS: Maker's Mark "T&S", "Crown", "18", Chester Assay, date letter "c" for the year 1903. 

Condition:

VERY GOOD: This Edwardian 18ct Gold Diamond Sapphire cluster ring is in fabulous condition throughout. All of the Diamonds and Sapphires are securely set within the cluster, and the 18ct Gold shank feels sturdy and robust. Upon close scrutiny, there is some evidence of resizing in the past, yet the ring fits comfortably upon the finger. All of the hallmarks are crisp and easy to decipher, so this piece can be confidently dated to 1903.
