EXCELLENT: This Art Deco Platinum blue Zircon solitaire ring is in excellent condition. The platinum band and gallery is in wonderful nick, as a very strong metal the Platinum has aged very well indeed, holding in the Diamond chasers on the shoulders perfectly, as well as the large Zircon in safely in its setting also. The Zircon itself has been masterfully faceted to let in light from every angle and created endless depth. The are no chips or fleabites on this large gemstone which is incredible for its sheer size. There are worn marks on the edge of this gemstone from wear over its almost 100 years of age, these scratches can only be seen under magnification and doesn't take away from this gorgeous rings beauty at all. This is truly a magnificent antique piece that craves to be worn and seen, a special lady indeed!
