A charming Art Deco cluster ring in elegant two-tone 18ct Gold and Platinum. At its heart glows a round Ruby of approximately 0.50ct, bezel-set within a cool Platinum and framed by a scintillating halo of petite Diamonds totalling approximately 0.08ct. The result is a dainty burst of colour and light, refined yet effortlessly wearable.

The craftsmanship delights in the details: a beautifully pierced under-gallery with geometric, foliate-inspired motifs, a subtle beaded edging to the halo, and a slender yellow Gold shank that enhances the Platinum head. MEASUREMENTS: Cluster is 9mm in diameter.
Ruby measures 4.5mm in diameter, weighing approx. 0.50ct.
Diamonds measure approx. 1mm in diameter, weighing approx. 0.08ct combined.
Ring band is 1.5mm wide at the back.
WEIGHT: 2g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, Platinum settings, Ruby (0.50ct), Diamonds (0.08ct).

STAMPS: 18CT PLAT.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

EXCELLENT: The Ruby and Diamonds present brightly with only light age-consistent surface wear visible under magnification. The Platinum head and 18ct Gold shank show fine surface scratches and a touch of patina within the recessed gallery, all commensurate with age. No clear evidence of resizing or later restoration.
