This antique Victorian Silver swivel fob pendant is a charming piece of history! Not only does it have an amazing design but it's fully hallmarked for the year 1898 and bears the rare and collectible old antique registration (or patent) mark or the period too!
The fob is made from solid Sterling Silver (not plated or cased) and features two fairly large slabs of deep orangey-brown Carnelian and deep green Bloodstone flecked with red, - hence the name "Blood-stone".
As old antique fob pendants go this one is quite foreboding and has bags of character. At over 10 grams it needs a good sturdy chain to wear it on, and looks fabulous attached to a chunky Victorian Albert chain.

This antique Victorian Silver swivel fob pendant is by no means mint, but we love the history and character is carries with its imperfections! The swivel section has numerous dents, scuffs and dings throughout so if you're after a fob that looks like new this may not be the one for you, but if you like an antique to look antique then you're in the right place! The swivel mechanism works perfectly with the full range of movement and the Bloodstone and carnelian are smooth with no chips or cracks.
