VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT. This antique Silver whistle pendant is in wonderful condition. The form of this Silver pendant is pristine and she is a fully functioning whistle! There are some areas of darkening around the grooves but we feel this only adds to her antique charm. A striking Victorian whistle, ready to be adored for many more years to come.
