This antique Silver spinning fob pendant is a lovely example of Victorian jewellery, and is quite unique in that it's a lot larger than your average spinner or swivel fob! At about an inch in diameter it's quite a robust piece, and is very much a piece of jewellery that will get noticed.

It's crafted by hand, with fully hallmarked English Sterling Silver and beautiful slabs of Carnelian and red-flecked Bloodstone.

It's a gorgeous piece to wear as it feels quite substantial to hold, and the cold glossy gems feel smooth and luxurious. What's more is the spinning mechanism works perfectly so you can spin to your heart's content!

The rich, deep orange of the Carnelian and the deep green of the Bloodstone work beautifully together, and the chain-like detail of the setting is absolutely charming!

It looks great whatever you're wearing, and works well either on a simple Silver chain, a dark velvet ribbon, or a leather chord in summer for that Boho chic look.

The chain pictured is not included. A selection of new Sterling Silver chains can be added at the checkout or by request. If you need any help choosing please get in touch!

CONDITION:  Good to Very Good
This beautiful antique Silver spinning fob pendant is in gorgeous ready to wear condition. The fob spins perfectly all the way around and feels quite robust. We love the twisted knot-like detail of the setting and the chunky antique hallmarks have such appeal to us antique lovers. The pendant is hallmarked for the year 1893, although this is a little difficult to read... after the many years of being spun the hallmarks in the Silver have been softly smoothed over.

There are a few dings to the silver setting and the jump ring although solid is a little bit bashed up. The twisted setting and the bale are all solid Silver,  and the Bloodstone and Carnelian are in lovely condition! The gems themselves are lovely with only a couple if tiny flea-bites near to the very edge of the setting, but these are only visible on close inspection. It's a beautiful and affordable Victorian pendant you can wear daily without being too precious about and would make a lovely gift for any occasion.
