These antique French 18ct Gold Paste dormeuse lever-back earrings are a beautiful pair from the Belle Epoque era. Inlaid with old mine cut Paste gems, these are a wonderful treat for your jewellery box, from a highly collectable era.
These Paste gems are of fantastic quality, with a bright icy colour and high table. The hue complements the buttery 18ct Gold perfectly, altogether making these a very attractive pair of antique earrings.

ERA: Victorian / Belle Epoque c.1870-1910.
MEASUREMENTS: Earrings 14mm long from the top of the hooks.
Paste 3.5mm diameter.
Gold settings 6.5mm diameter.
Weight: 1.1g.
MATERIALS: French 18ct Gold, Old Mine Cut White Paste.
HALLMARKS: French Eagle's Head on both lever-backs. Tests as 18ct Gold throughout.

EXCELLENT-VERY GOOD: These antique French 18ct Gold Paste dormeuse lever-back earrings are in sublime condition. Both Paste gems are secure with the 18ct Gold claws, and the hooks are working just as they should. These are a great pair of earrings for everyday sparkle and glamour. There is a small ding inside one of the decorative spheres, but this is not noticeable unless viewing the earrings with a jeweller's loupe - and certainly can't be seen when worn! What a wonderful pair of 18ct Gold French antique earrings!
