The sweetest pair of antique French 18ct Gold lever-back earrings, complete with their original antique fitted box. Dainty in size and with a lightweight feel, this duo would make a fine everyday pair!

Crafted in the style of Etruscan revival jewellery, these antique Gold earrings boast a cluster design, each embellished with six petite flowers. With a satin finish throughout, this pair flaunts 18ct Gold with an array of warm and cooler hues.

The earrings sit beautifully within their original fitted box, lined with cream satin and indigo velvet interior.

ERA: French Victorian, c.1890-1900.

MEASUREMENTS: Earrings including hooks are each 17mm long x 11mm wide.

MATERIALS: 18ct Gold (Yellow & White).

STAMPS & HALLMARKS: French horse's head hallmark on each hook, which was used for 18ct solid Gold made in the French provinces between 1838-1919. From the Etruscan revival style and construction of the earrings we date them to 1890-1900.

VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT. These antique French 18ct Gold lever-back earrings are in fabulous condition. The 18ct Gold remains bright and sleek throughout, and the original cluster design is intact, with all components together. One of the central balls and a couple of the outer balls are slightly dented, but this is only noticeable upon close inspection. Their lever-backs are in fine working order, ensuring you can wear them with confidence! From the Etruscan revival style and construction of the earrings we date them to between 1890-1900, whilst their hallmarks denote their French provenance. The antique box is in very good condition, with light wear throughout commensurate with age. Together, these treasures possess bundles of character!
