These lovely ladies are comprised of two scarab beetles crafted from cyan ceramic, inspired by faience ceramic; a ceramic material created in ancient Egypt, dating all the way back to 6000BC!

Each beautiful beetle is hugged by buttery 18ct Gold, oozing opulence from every angle. Complete with Egyptian hallmarks, confirming these 18ct Gold earrings were assayed in Cairo, these are a rare find and not something we usually stumble across here at Lillicoco! EXCELLENT. These Art Deco Egyptian 18ct Gold Scarab beetle earrings are in excellent condition! Each ceramic Scarab beetle is securely set, with no chips to note. Their blue hue stands out wonderfully, perfect for adding an accent of colour to any attire. The 18ct Gold is smooth to the touch with a beautifully waved bezel edge holding each scarab beetle in place. Each ear hook is the same, slightly shorter length than you would usually see, but rest assured they still sit securely and comfortably within your ear. With Egyptian hallmarks on her ear hooks and bezel setting, these Deco earrings are a fine collector's piece sure to cause intrigue wherever you wear them!
