This antique Citrine 'pre pay your letter' fob is a fine Victorian artifact! This piece was most likely used to seal envelopes, to remind people to pay their postage fees.
We adore antique treasures like this, unique and one of a kind. The Citrine is a pretty citrus yellow, and has a textured Gold-tone metal bale so you can add this piece to a split ring or chain!

GOOD. This antique Citrine 'pre pay your letter' fob is in good condition. This piece has a pretty Citrine gem at its base and the intaglio is crisp and clear. The stone has got some scuffs to it, but she is an authentic Victorian piece! The Gold-tone metal bale has wonderful texture, but does have some visible signs of wear, some discolouration and a slightly misshapen bale; we think all of this adds to her charm. A wonderful piece of Victorian jewellery read to be worn and enjoyed suspended from your favourite chain!
