Calling all Garnet lovers, this antique 18ct Gold Garnet Diamond gypsy ring just lovely! Poised at her centre is a berry red rose-cut Garnet, flanked by two scintillating star-set Diamonds, oozing sophistication from every angle.
Gypsy rings originate from the Victorian era, their distinctive design developed when wealthy women would travel and be fearful of their jewels being stolen. They felt gemstones set in raised claw settings were easier to steal, so gemstones were as a result set flush within the Gold to make them less of a target.
This antique trilogy ring has a satisfying plump profile, and ornate scrollwork in a buttery 18ct Gold band. This Gold 'gypsy' ring is packed with personality, you will never tire of her undeniable charm!
