A timeless Victorian rosette, these antique Diamond cluster studs marry delicate milgrain with the soft glow of 18ct Yellow Gold and the crisp brilliance of Platinum settings. Each earring centres an old mine-cut Diamond within a halo of antique Diamonds, creating that coveted scalloped flower silhouette with refined, hand-finished detail.

MEASUREMENTS: Earrings are 11mm in diameter.
Central Diamonds measure approx. 3mm long x 3.2mm wide, weighing approx. 0.15ct each.
6 x Diamonds measure approx. 2–2.2mm, approx. 0.04ct each.
2 x Diamonds measure approx. 2.8mm, approx. 0.010ct each.
Estimated Diamond weight is approx. 0.70ct per earring.
Total estimated Diamond weight is approx. 1.40ct (pair).
WEIGHT:

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Yellow Gold, Platinum settings, Natural Antique Diamonds (1.40ct).

STAMPS: 750 (on later 18ct Gold scroll backs).

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

VERY GOOD: Diamonds are bright with light age-consistent facet wear; all stones are secure in their settings with crisp milgrain detail retained. The metal shows gentle surface wear and a pleasing patina appropriate for age. Later solid 18ct Gold scroll backs have been fitted, with minor evidence of solder at the post base visible.
