HALLMARKS: Unidentified hallmark on the fancy hasp. Crown and "18" on dog-clip. Tests as 15ct Gold chain with 18ct Gold dog-clip and jump-ring.
Condition:
VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT. This 50" Victorian 15ct Gold blue Enamel slider chain is in very good to excellent antique condition. The 15ct Gold links are themselves impeccable, each retaining their box shape and slinky quality incredibly well over the years. Standing the test of time, the fancy scrolled slider mechanism is also in wonderful shape, with only one tiny corner of blue Enamel missing. The 18ct Gold dog-clip is in fine working order too, free from any damage to note. There are a couple of very small pinholes to the fancy end piece of the chain, attached to the hasp, but these are very subtle and do not affect the appearance of the piece. All in all, this stunning chain is truly one of a kind, and will set your collection apart from the rest.
