Is there anything more elegant that this Edwardian Diamond brooch?!

Steeped in history and sparkling bright! We're pleased to offer this superb Edwardian Diamond brooch in exceptional antique condition.

Made during Edwardian times, this brooch exemplifies everything we love about antique jewellery.. the beauty, the luxurious materials, and the fine craftsmanship of a bygone era.

The body of the brooch is crafted from 18ct Yellow Gold and the fine white setting is none other than pure Platinum, and set with beautiful old european cut Diamonds! It has a feminine lozenge shape with soft curved edges and a typically romantic Edwardian filigree design- of flowers and garlands perhaps?

The detail is incredible, and if you look closely you'll see tiny mille-graine details throughout which give this piece an ethereal lightness of touch.

The brooch is cleverly designed with additional safety features so you can wear it safe in the knowledge it is safely secured. There is a tiny latch that you can use once you've pinned the brooch, and this stops the pin from moving or becoming loose. There is also a short pin hidden on the underside of the brooch that can also be pinned to your clothing for extra security.

The brooch comes boxed in its original working leather case, which is velvet lined and marked "J.B.Yabsley" of London.

It would make a gorgeous heirloom piece that you can enjoy now and pass on to future generations when the time comes.

A thoughtful and versatile gift, it can be worn as it is as a brooch, or threaded onto a simple Gold or Platinum chain and worn as a pendant.
