This fine Victorian Silver locket is a remarkable piece of jewellery, made during the Victorian era circa 1880.
A large piece; measuring over 5 centimeters long and weighing over 25 grams, and has a genuine feeling of quality about it. The smooth, domed surface feels lovely in the hand, and looks even better around the neck!
The locket is decorated on both sides with a deeply engraved patterns of leaves and foliage, creating a seamless surface of gleaming Silver for you to feast your eyes on.
It comfortably fits two large photographs and will make a beautiful gift for any occasion.

The locket opens and closes shut tight, and stays closed whilst worn. it can also hold two large photographs with ease.
