This authentic Victorian Silver cuff bangle was hand-crafted in England during the 1800's, and features a traditional ivy leaf motif engraving and a pretty textured edge.
The ivy leaf was an important motif during the Victorian Era- symbolising of ever-lasting fidelity and love- making it a wonderful romantic gift.
It's a bold and unique bangle that's full of antique charm, and hallmarked for the year 1885.
The bangle is hallmarked with large over-sized stamps on both sides, with the Lion Passant indicating Sterling Silver and the Anchor indicating it was made in the English town of Birmingham.
A genuine antique Victorian bangle at 133 years of age, and in very good condition. She'll make a gorgeous gift or a unique treat!
MEASUREMENTS: The band is 20mm wide. The internal diameter of the bangle at the widest point is 57mm or 2.25". The internal circumference is 6.75", to fit a wrist of no larger than 6.5".

CONDITION: Very Good
The hinge and clasp are in excellent condition and the bangle closes with a confident "click". The Silver is in very good condition with a high shine on the flat areas and a lovely patina in the recesses. There are some small dings to the back and front which do not detract from the beauty of the piece at all. Overall a stunning piece of Victorian jewellery, ready to be worn and enjoyed!
