What a rare and intriguing little Antique English Silver compass charm pendant we've happened upon here!
Even though this compass is rather dainty it still packs a punch with it's exquisite engraved designs both front and back. If you so desire you can wear it back to showcase the hidden floral etchings on the rear. Two pendants in one... lovely!
In all it's glorious Victorian originality, this little charm pendant is so unique it will be sad to let her go, but she still has many more adventures yet to come!

MEASUREMENTS: The compass measures 18mm x 18mm.
Including the bale it measures 25mm long.
The compass face is 10mm in diameter.
MATERIALS: 925 Silver
HALLMARKS: Worn away maker's mark "_A", Date letter "g" for the year 1881, Birmingham assay, Lion, for 925 Sterling Silver.
EXCELLENT: This rare Antique Silver compass charm pendant is in such beautiful condition. Each of her intricate engravings are as clear as the day they were made. The compass face looks like it hasn't aged a day. The actual use as a compass may have had its last day (as it tends not to point to north!) but worn as a charm pendant it will last many more lifetimes to come if it continues to be kept in excellent condition as is has been so far!
