EXCELLENT: This large Scottish Agate antique Silver brooch is in excellent condition. The Agates and Bloodstones are all set well in the Sterling Silver and are all smooth. Agates are a hard stone so they certainly have stood the test of time with their smoothness. There is a minor fleabite on the round section due to wear from over 100 years and is hardly noticeable. The pin and its fastening is in perfect working order, as is the safety chain. All in all this is a splendid brooch that deserves to be worn with pride!
