Well, what gemstones do we have here? You are bestowed with loose Opals, Garnet cabochons, pink-toned Rubies and a rare faceted cushion cut Ruby no less! We have deliberately kept our selection to a minimum, so you can also add your own finishing touch if you wish. VERY GOOD: This large Georgian 9ct Gold-cased round shaker locket is in fabulous condition. All of the deep engravings are crisp, and they have been excellently preserved since the locket's initial creation. This is a well-formed example of a late Georgian locket, with all sturdy characteristics intact. There are some signs of minor wear to the Gold casing in places, but considering that this locket is almost 200 years old - this is easily forgiven! The original glass has been replaced with time, however, this has been done sympathetically and in lieu with the locket's style and age.
