What a wonderful example this 9ct Gold Georgian fob pendant is of the era. This piece is a great example of the incredible skill that was used to produce these fobs at the time, which were originally used as wax seal signatures on envelopes.  An antique lovers dream!

The body of this fob is fantastic and utterly ornate, with a beautiful 9ct Gold casing that shines bright even to this day.

The Chalcedony seal bottom has a lovely milky white tone with an amazing etching of a flower and thistle, as well as a beautiful motto inscribed within a ribbon. It says "honi soit qui mal y pense" which translates to "shame on the one who sees something evil in it".

What a fabulous piece of history this fob is! Bring it into modern times by adding it to your favourite chain and wearing it with pride!

The 9ct Gold cased framework and body is still in wonderful nick, very bright and doesn't seem to be worn down at all which normally occurs in a Gold cased antique. The Chalcedony bottom is still able to print its signature clearly and is set in the metal extremely securely. This fob is ready for another century of use as it has been made very well!
