SKU: 1322

This antique 18ct Gold Opal Diamond ring is one of the most charming rings in this style we've ever had the pleasure of taking care of! It's beautiful, versatile and the perfect stacking ring.

Crafted of pure buttery 18ct Gold in the English town of Birmingham, and fully hallmarked with charming over-sized antique stamps for the year 1898, it really is a real treasure. It's set with 3 gorgeous cabochon Opals and 4 twinkling old cut Diamonds, and the deep scrolled shoulders are a beautiful detail.

The best thing about Opal jewellery is that each gem is completely unique, like a work of art or a miniature galaxy, and these Opals are no exception! They's of very fine quality: fiery, full of colour and almost neon bright. These Opals have vivid flashes of bright greens, orange and pink.... Stare into these and beware.. you might get lost in their beauty for quite some time!

EXCELLENT:  This gorgeous antique 18ct Gold Opal Diamond ring is in exceptional condition. The Opals and Diamonds are extremely fine, with no chips, nibbles or abrasions. The Opals are beautifully smooth and the most gorgeous colour. (We all know that Opals can be a challenge to capture in a still photograph so please ask if you would like to see a video!) The Gold has retained a lovely shiny polish with only a little light wear to the back as any clue of its great age. It's a gorgeous example of fine Victorian jewellery, and will surely be desired by all who lays eyes on her!
