This Georgian Silver French Paste choker is absolutely stunning! A bonafide statement piece to have in your collection. Encrusted with bright white and green Paste gems, we have added a distinguished 19" black velvet ribbon to tie it all together.
Even though this necklace was crafted over 220 years ago, it feels very modern and almost as if it was crafted in the Art Deco period. We can just imagine a distinguished early 19th-century Parisian gentlewoman or the cast of Bridgerton wearing this fine piece!

VERY GOOD: This Georgian Silver French Paste choker is in amazing condition. All of the Paste gems are held securely, and each piece is well-connected to its neighbour. This piece is originally intended to be worn as a choker necklace, although the original ribbon has been lost through time. That being said, you can easily add your own choice of ribbon if you would like to adjust the length or if you want to add a different colour. There are some minute nibbles to a few of the Paste gems facets but this is hardly noticeable when worn. Overall, a truly stunning piece!
