We are in awe of these Georgian Pinchbeck carved Coral drop earrings! Made by hand during the early 19th century, these special earrings are one-of-a-kind.
The Coral drops have a beautifully earthy tone to them and are carved with the Greek God Apollo's head. Apollo was the son of Zeus and the God of the sun and light! Symbolizing art, prophecy, truth, archery, and healing! Finished with a pretty Pinchbeck top and 18ct Gold hooks, these earrings will provide you with much wearing pleasure as you tell all your friends about their 200-year history!

MEASUREMENTS: Earrings are 47mm long from the top of the hooks.
Drops are 37.5mm long.
Coral is 28mm long x 8mm wide.
Weight: 6.8g combined.
MATERIALS: Pinchbeck, 18ct Gold, Coral. Tests as 18ct Gold hooks with Pinchbeck tops.

Condition:
VERY GOOD. This pretty pair of Georgian Pinchbeck carved coral drop earrings are a delight to behold. The Coral is absolutely divine, and you can clearly make out the Greek God Apollo as well as an olive branch. The Pinchbeck tops are sublime, and paired with 18ct Gold hooks you can wear this pair confidently! They do have some slight wear commensurate with age, but given they are 200 years old they've lasted incredibly well.
