An exceptional pair of Georgian paste earrings together with a matching Paste pendant.
This fabulous antique Paste jewellery set is absolutely spectacular, with exquisite old cut antique Paste drops that shine bright like Diamonds.. they are foiled for a beautiful luminous sparkle and are the ultimate find for an antique jewellery collector.
The earring and pendant are set in Silver and have a pear-shaped or "tear-drop" design that is really feminine and flattering. They also have those amazing smooth closed back settings cased on Gold that we all adore so much.
The Pastes are painted with a tiny black dot in each center so resemble the inclusions found in large Diamonds at the time- hence the name "black dot Paste".
A rare and extremely collectible find, this Georgian earrings and pendant set are elegant, beautiful, and ultimately timeless.

EXCELLENT: This beautiful Georgian Paste pendant and earrings set is offered in excellent condition! It' rare to find pieces of Georgian jewellery in good condition, yet alone find a matching set, so we're thrilled to have this gorgeous pair in our collection. All of the Paste gems are immaculate, with no chips, cracks or scuffs and the foil behind them is intact too so they are bright and lively. The backs would have originally been bright yellow Gold and this has mellowed with age as some has worn off. Nevertheless, age hasn't dimmed the beauty of these rare finds, and they're ready for a new life!
