EXCELLENT-VERY GOOD: This Georgian 12ct Gold Garnet blonde hair mourning brooch is in fantastic condition considering its long life. There is small pinhole at the back of the brooch, but this is not noticeable when worn. Apart from this, the rest of the brooch is still rich in its original allure. All of the Garnets are secure, with little signs of wear and all foils immaculate. The braided hair work is still set well behind the original glazed panel, making this piece a fine early 19th century collectable.
