This superb Edwardian Zircon Diamond cluster ring is truly fit for a Princess!
Crafted from the finest materials available, this 18ct Yellow Gold and Platinum ring is set with a beautiful round brilliant cut sky blue 1.21ct Zircon, and a halo of 12 dazzling Diamonds.
Kudos to the designer who made it during the early twentieth century! It has the most gorgeous proportions and the little Diamond accents on each shoulder really make it feel special. In fact, they're exactly the kind of attention to detail that we all know and love so much about vintage and antique jewellery!
We date the ring between Edwardian and Art Deco, so between the early 1900's and 1920. The classic cluster style and the lightness of touch is so typical of the time, as well as the elegant knife-edge shank.
As with most rings from the Edwardian and Art deco eras the band is 18ct yellow Gold, whilst the setting itself is Platinum to best highlight those sparkling Diamonds.
It would make a mesmerizing promise or engagement ring, and is sure to bring one lucky lady many years of joy ahead.

MATERIALS: 18ct Yellow Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Starlite Blue Zircon
HALLMARKS: Maker' Mark "WB", "PLAT", "18CT".
This Edwardian Zircon Diamond cluster ring is in excellent, ready to wear condition. The Zircon centre is almost pristine, (which is quite rare in vintage and antique Zircon rings- as they are softer than Diamonds and Sapphires) with only tiny abrasions to the facet edges under magnification. To the eye it is perfect, with a rare and collectable pale blue colour, often referred to as "Starlite" Zircon. The Diamonds are beautifully bright, white and sparkly, again with no damage, and are securely held in their settings. And the rich Gold setting retains a lovely polish.
*Please note Zircon is not as tough as some gemstones so care much be taken not to scratch or damage the stone. Avoid wearing the ring for sports, manual jobs such as cleaning, and avoid hard impacts to minimize any risk of damaging the gems or setting. As with all vintage and antique jewellery items treat them with care and respect and you'll enjoy them for years (or decades!).
