This pretty Edwardian Sapphire and Diamond ring is quite unusual, as it has a trapeze of lozenge-like shape, rather than the popular straight or boat-shaped rings we see so often... It's almost like a delicious little sweet!
The ring is a genuine antique and was made in England during the Edwardian era, circa 1908.
It's made from 18ct Yellow Gold, which compliments the Sapphires beautifully, and the Diamonds are all original antique old European cut Diamonds so they have a real charm when they sparkle.
The Diamonds are more of a highlight than the main event here, as the colour and quality of the Sapphires really steal the show! They're a beautiful true blue; the primary blue on the colour-wheel or the colour of a deep blue ocean, and we could stare into their depths for hours!

MATERIALS: 18ct Gold, Sapphire, Diamond
HALLMARKS: The hallmarks are quite faint, but we think we can see a crown, "18", and "n" and possibly the mark for London.
EXCELLENT: This Edwardian Sapphire and Diamond ring is in excellent antique condition. The Sapphires and Diamonds are superb, with no chips or cracks, and the Sapphires have the prettiest deep blue colour. The ring has some light wear commensurate with age, as you would expect of a genuine antique, but there is no damage and no evidence of re-sizing.
