VERY GOOD. A gorgeous early 19th century Garnet rose cut Diamond ring in very good condition overall. As with many antiques this lady is by no means perfect, but is simply brimming with original early 19th Century charm! One or two of the Diamonds have been replaced over her long life- but even the replacements are Victorian and fit in with the overall feel and aesthetic of the piece. The ring appears to have been sized down, leaving a slight gap between the edge of the shoulder on the band and the silver settings, but given that this piece should be worn with care, it won't be the cause of damage. We wouldn't recommend sizing this ring down further, but we think sizing up a few sizes would be safe to do!
