The most beautiful antique pin brooch, skillfully crafted from embossed and engraved Sterling Silver.
It would have been made during the 1800's, during the reign of Queen Victoria, and is often referred to as "Victorian Aesthetic" due to the Queen's partiality for this style of jewellery. And we can see why!
We love the way the eye is drawn to these contrasting textures and patterns- made even better by the wonderful dark patina that comes with true age.
It looks great worn as a simple brooch on a cardigan or coat lapel, but is also quite versatile. You can wear it at the nape of a shirt collar for a typically Victorian look, or used to stylishly secure a silk scarf. It also looks great worn on a ribbon as a choker vertically or horizontally, or threaded onto a simple Silver chain and worn as a pendant!
