This lovely ring dates back to the late 19th century or early 20th century.
Possibly Continental, it's design is typical of the Arts and crafts era that was characterized by fine craftsmanship and ornate designs inspired by nature.
It's a fairly large ring and features a gorgeous cabochon moonstone set in an openwork silver setting.
The moonstone is big, bright and very beautiful with a lovely blueish adularescence. It catches the light really well and has a gorgeous sheen which stands out in contrast to the darkened silver of the mount.
We love the almost gothic style Arts-and-crafts design of the piece and the wonderful glow and colour in the Moonstone.
As well as being feminine and beautifully romantic it's well crafted so can be worn with confidence everyday!
