This darling antique Silver Moonstone brooch was made during the Art Deco period, around the 1930's and features the most gorgeous highly domed Moonstone cabochon. It's in gorgeous condition with a high polish to it, and strong adularescence.
The Moonstone is highlighted to each side by beautiful sparkling Pastes, and the quality is such that you could easily be fooled into thinking they were Diamonds!
The Moonstone has a quirky, irregular shape that you just won't find in modern jewellery today.
It looks a clear or semi-transparent pale grey from the side, and front the front it packs a powerful pale lilac glow that only the finest Moonstones have.
If you love cabochon Moonstones and rare treasures this brooch is the one for you! Or it can easily be converted into a ring or necklace!

A beautiful antique Silver Moonstone brooch, offered in excellent condition. There are no flaws, wear or damage to be seen. The body of the brooch itself is circa 1930's, but the Moonstone is likely a bit earlier, probably 1900 to 1910. The Moonstone is completely pristine with no chips, cracks or abrasions. It's perfectly smooth and the ethereal milky glow is gorgeous! The pin works well and the safety clasp gives a little added security to set your mind at ease. Glorious as is, or converted to a ring or necklace.
