They were made in England in 1939, just at the start of World War 2, and it's easy to imagine that these could have been given as a gift to a young soldier for him to have something to remember his home by.
The 9ct Gold is in impeccable condition and features a wonderfully intricate floral engraving. They're classy, elegant and have a real sense of character and charm. They look wonderful on a crisp white or blue shirt and match wonderfully with a navy suit.
The chain links are also 9ct Gold, stamped with separate hallmarks.
