A gorgeous antique Silver Saphiret pendant! This treasure has been crafted from Sterling Silver, and features a rare Saphiret, which is made by infusing Gold with vivid "Sapphire" blue glass. It was incredibly difficult and costly to make, which is why there are very few surviving examples, and is highly sought after by antique jewellery collectors.
Wear this striking pendant with either a Silver or Gold chain, and have a stunning piece of Art Deco jewellery for your collection.

MEASUREMENTS: Charm is 17.5mm long including jump ring.

GOOD. This antique Silver Saphiret pendant is in good condition overall. The piece started life as a brooch and has been converted into this very wearable charm! The Saphiret is lovely and has its distinctive hue, securely set within its Silver bezel. The base of the piece has a mark showing where it was once adjoined to another piece when it was a brooch. This Art Deco charm has accrued a subtle patina over its lifetime which beautifully contrasts with the blue of the gem, really making it pop!
