This antique Moonstone bug pendant is a really charming little critter! He was finely crafted around the turn of the century, c.1900, and has some of the finest Moonstones we've ever seen!
The Moonstones are impeccable; in pristine condition and with absolutely no scuffs, scrapes or chips. They are perfect! And what we love most about them is the attractive highly domed shapes and their glorious strong blue glow.
The insect is set with one large oval cabochon, with a smaller round gem as its head, whilst its body and wings are quality Sterling Silver. The chain is also hallmarked Sterling Silver and is 16" long.
If you're already a Moonstone fan then this antique bug pendant is an absolute no-brainer! It's rare, it's beautiful, and collectible. What more could we want?!

The large Moonstone measures 11mm long x 6mm wide x 5mm deep.

This beautiful antique Moonstone pendant is in excellent condition. The Moonstones are impeccable; with no damage whatsoever. They have a wonderful smooth surface and ethereal blue schiller or glow. The metal work is also excellent and you can still see the fine details in the insects wings. All of the little legs are intact and the chain compliments the pendant well. A great unique gift for any occasion!
