VERY GOOD: This antique Gold mourning locket is in wonderful condition considering it's 150 years age. All of the engravings are crisp, and the inscribed obituary cartouché is easy to decipher. There is also no signs of dings or scratches to the locket's body, and the locket itself shuts tight. There is some general minute wear to the locket, but this is hardly noticeable when worn and really is to be expected from such a fine piece. Nevertheless, this is a fabulous locket for an antique aficionado.
