Description

This stunning Victorian Silver Paste necklace is a stunning example of antique jewellery, full of the grace, glamour and craftsmanship of bygone era.

By far one of our favourite pieces of all time, it's crafted from fine quality Continental Silver and countless precious Paste gems; cut, polished and set by hand.

Although it's quite a large pendant at over 7 centimetres from top to bottom, the design looks light and regal. We can see from the smooth and sensuous closed back setting that this necklace been crafted with pure love.

The pendant has numerous articulated joints so it moves shimmers when worn, and we simply adore the intricate metal work and the shining beacon that is the flaming heart at its centre!

A delicate piece- it's amazing how it's been around for over 200 years and still looks fit for a princess! (If these were Diamonds rather than Paste you'd have the equivalent of over 2 carats of Diamond!
