This Austro-Hungarian Amethyst and Marcasite Silver ring is an incredible piece of antique jewellery history!
The Amethyst itself is beautifully rare for this period (with most rings of the era being garnet), so we're really excited to have such a stunning ring in our collection. It really is a collectors dream! If you hold the Amethyst up to the light you can see it's natural inclusions that you only find in true antique gemstones, adding to the allure of its authenticity.
The natural Amethyst is encased around a gothic looking Silver filigree floral border, set with beautifully twinkling Marcasite gemstones which give off a dark and sultry demeanour. Perfect for a magical evening out with the one you love!

EXCELLENT: This Antique Austro-Hungarian Amethyst ring has been kept by a loving owner. The Silver is lovely and the etchings on the side of the band only show the very earliest signs of wear, completely normal for an antique piece - it completely adds to its charm! All the Marcasite gemstones are glittering and set perfectly. The large amethyst gemstone is lovely and rare. We adore it!
