Embossed or deeply engraved bands were all the rage during the late Victorian period and throughout the Edwardian era, and this lovely antique 9ct Rose Gold Wedding ring is a beautiful example.
It's quite a wide ring, measuring 7mm, and has the loveliest subtle Rose coloured Gold that will compliment almost any skin tone!
The deep, textured pattern features a medley of ivy leaves- included for their meaningful symbolism of fidelity and ever-lasting (or "ever-green") love.
The ring has a good weight to it and you can tell it was, and always will be a thing of quality- no matter how old it gets. The subtle softening of its surfaces, if anything, lend it a wonderful, old-world charm... not to mention it feels gorgeous if you run your fingers across it!
It's also a very comfortable ring, so would make an ideal choice for a wedding band, anniversary band or an alternative engagement ring.
