This antique 9ct Gold oval shaker locket is quite the discovery! Upon opening the doors of this deep moss green box, you'll discover a plush olive green bed in which lies an oval-shaped Edwardian shaker locket. A piece bursting with gemstones, her locket homes rich Garnets, magical Opals, and glowing Moonstones.
This is a very special piece of Edwardian jewellery, presented to you in her original box. The locket is crafted from radiant 9ct Gold, the back is beautifully smooth and stamped. Lockets with boxes like this were designed to be stood upright, displayed upon a mantlepiece.
It's quite rare to find an original Edwardian piece like this, complete with its box. Her newly added gems have created a stunning shaker locket, something every antique jewellery box should possess. VERY GOOD. This antique 9ct Gold oval shaker locket is in very good condition overall. We adore shaker lockets here at Lillicoco and this is a fine example. Not to mention her original box, what a treat! The box does have notable age-related wear with visible damage to the outside, but it still functions well, with the doors closing fully. The doors open to reveal a lovely locket. The shaker locket is beautiful, smooth and bursting with vibrant gems! The radiant, glossy back has clear 9ct and maker mark stamps. There is little wear to the locket other than some light surface scuffs. The jump ring allows you to wear this piece with confidence.
