This antique masonic ball is as interesting as it is unique!
In its closed position it appears to be a simple sphere held within a gold cross, but this treasure is hiding a secret... Pull the ball down and this Masonic pendant opens out into a cross formed of six pyramids, held together with individual hinges. The Sterling Silver interior has been delicately hand-engraved with well defined masonic symbols, which all have their own meanings to be deciphered.
This is an absolutely gorgeous example of a very rare type of jewellery. The exterior and interior are in fantastic condition and the ball stays firmly closed when not in use, so this is a pendant that can be worn with confidence.
A beautiful piece of antique history filled with deep meaning and spiritual character.
