There's something really special about this Georgian Pearl brooch... it's hard to put your finger on whether it's the natural luminous Pearls, the curved glass, beautiful shape or the combination of those with the Rose Gold, but all in all, it's a real delight!
The brooch is set in mellow 9ct Rose Gold, and we've simply added a Rose Gold chain to match so that you can wear it as a brooch or as a pendant as the mood strikes.
The plaited blonde hair work within is not only beautiful but gives this piece of jewellery a rare and personal link to the past, enhancing the feeling of history and heritage one gets with an antique brooch like this.
We simply can't overstate how beautiful it is in person, so if you love Georgian jewellery we can promise you won't be disappointed!

EXCELLENT: A superb antique Georgian pearl brooch in excellent condition. All parts are original antique and there is no damage to be seen. The Pearls are all natural and still have excellent nacre coverage and lustre. They vary slightly in colour as you might expect from natural antique Pearls, but they're well-matched and sit beautifully together as a cohesive unit. The pin works well and the glazed panel is free from chips or nicks. It does have one light scratch on the surface but this doesn't detract from the beauty of the piece and for an item nearly 200 years old it's fantastic!
